As we continue to work from home, we are all struggling to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Are you looking for ways to find some balance during this uneasy time? April Jackson is here to help and she will be leading this event and giving our members tips and tricks for work life balance, nutrition, meditation, and ending with a 30 minute yoga session.

April Jackson is General Manager of Mecka Fitness and Nutrition in South Hills, Pennsylvania. She has been a leader in the wellness industry for over 25 years. She has worked with individuals as well as companies to strategize best practices for wellness throughout the country. April brings a holistic and compassionate approach to her work. She has a BA from University of Calif.-Santa Barbara, a graduate degree from California State University – Dominguez Hills, as well as many certifications including Primal Health Coaching (PHC), Healthy Steps Nutrition (HSN), and AFAA, Yoga and is currently finishing Precision Nutrition.
